If you are currently in the same situation that I found myself in a while back, I hope you can find some useful tips here. After all, that is the whole idea with putting up this website.
But learning how to treat hemroids is one thing. You probably have a pretty good idea yourself what put you in this condition, right? If not, look a litle furhter down to read a list of things that may cause hemroids.
But again, treating your piles is all well. But once you get rid of them, or before that rather, you need to start thinking. There is a chance that you, by your way of living, brought those hemroids on yourself.
So what, in our lifestyle, would have that effect on us, so that we are causing the hemroids to appear? Well, if you excuse me, there are piles of reasons I can think of.
*The “real” cause of hemroids is strain on the veins of the anorectal area. One situation where this occurs is, well, remember the huffing and puffing? But “translated” to our everyday life, these are some of the causes:
* Age. Getting older means, in short, weaker muscles, which makes the “huffing” harder. Age also brings elasticity problems, causing the veins to swell up a lot easier.
* Heavy lifting can cause hemroids to show up, possibly even to develop.
* Obesity. If you are overwight, try your best to lose the excess wight. Especially sitting down causes heavy pressure on your anal region.
* Pregnancy. Speaks for itself, I guess.
* Sitting too much. If you sit all day in your occupation, try at least to get every half hour and give your behind a break.
* Diet. If you’re low on fiber or fluids that will also contribute to developing hemroids.
So - how to get rid of hemroids isn’t only about curing it. It is also how you act in your every-day life to prevent it.
